The study refers to the restoration of the terminal station of the Electric Railway in Piraeus, regarding its building shell and its interior public service area. The project includes both the creation of additional spaces -to support the improved  function of the station- as well as the redesign of the interior in reference to contemporary standards  for materials, permanent  furnishing and the change of their use. Furthermore, the building’s surrounding area is reformed and particularly, the public’s and personnel’s entrances.
