Located in an empty part of the city, the building dominates and operates as a powerful landmark, which will define the new urban areas. The previous idea describes the architects’ effort to bond the building with the landscape. The landscape, though, does not only represent the bas-relief and the surrounding area of the buildings, but it also includes those particular conditions -the sun, the wind, the temperature- different in every country, which define its climate. Therefore, we reach the second main requirement of this proposal; that of a “smart” bioclimatic building design.
