PROPOSAL FOR THE CREATION OF FOUR ECOLOGICAL PARKS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KARPENISI

This project refers to the organization of the mountainous trekking routes network, which could be used by hikers in the wider area of Karpenisi, and the creation of an ecological park.

The purpose is the rise of eco-tourism and of its relative activities –emphasizing on a parallel environmental education–, the familiarization with the local area and the opportunity for mountain sports activities.

The design of light structures aims to provide shelter, as well as recreation activities, to the visitors.
